Over time, Turks started to use this drink in every aspect of their lives and created a special time for drinking coffee. 'Breakfast', which means the first meal of the day in our language, means things to eat before drinking coffee. Coffeehouses, shown as cultural venues, served as a place where social sharing took place. Over time, it was called 'Coffee' in a shorter form among the public, just the name of the drink. The habit of drinking coffee has been around for more than five hundred years. After a certain period of time, material and spiritual cultural elements were formed around this drink, some of these elements have survived to the present day and some have disappeared. While the coffeehouse culture of fortune telling is an old tradition that still continues today, the culture of women drinking coffee in the bathhouse is a consumption behavior that is not seen today. In addition to this type of consumption behavior, it also had an impact on the language of the Turks, who created a separate culture with coffee, and it is still used today. Examples can be given such as: A coffee shop is remembered for forty years, the heart neither wants coffee nor the coffeehouse, the heart wants conversation, coffee is an excuse, the barber does not breathe, the teller does not sweat, the coffee shop does not say anything.

So much so that various events are organized under the name of 'World Coffee Day' as a special day for coffee lovers. Although the dates on which this special day is celebrated vary, the aim is to gather coffee lovers together and make it possible to enjoy this drink more by socializing, which has been going on for centuries. Coffee Festivals are an event that has become popular recently. In these organizations, which take place in big cities that we call metropolises, coffee enthusiasts come together and have the opportunity to taste dozens of types of coffee from the hands of the most famous baristas.

Coffee Storage Method
In order for roasted coffee to remain fresh, it must not be exposed to air and moisture. In other words, we recommend that you purchase your coffee as little and often as you will consume. It should be stored in an airtight locked package or container, in a cool and dark place. Even if you are going to grind coffee beans yourself at home, we recommend that you do this before preparing the coffee. Because ground coffee becomes stale faster. Storing coffee without grinding will delay it from going stale. Another point to pay attention to is that you should not leave a metal spoon in the container where you store the coffee. A metal spoon will spoil the taste of the coffee.
