Medjoul Large Jerusalem Date

Date palm is a tree originating from Arab countries that grows easily and does not need much water. Date palms grow very quickly in terms of height and can be extremely productive in the right environment.

Dried dates - which we will call dates for short because they are most consumed in this way - have an intense sugary taste that almost resembles molasses. There are many different varieties of dates, but the most popular in the world is the Medjoul, or Jerusalem date. The Jerusalem date is larger than other dates. Its shell is thin but harder. Thanks to this thin shell, the inside remains sweeter, softer and meatier.
